Processing Time
Orders are processed and handed to our fulfillment partner within 2 to 3 business days of purchase. Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days after dispatch depending on your location.

Shipping Rates (United States)
Standard shipping: Free, 3 to 5 business days.
Express shipping: $19.99, 1 to 2 business days.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States, Canada, and the European Union. For security and reliability, we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or freight forwarding addresses.

International Orders: Import Taxes and Fees
For orders shipped to Canada or the European Union, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Your order will likely be charged import taxes (such as VAT or GST), and possibly duties, by your country's customs authority, and your local carrier may add a handling fee. These charges are collected by the carrier before or at delivery. They are separate from your shipping cost, are not charged by Alu Vanori, and vary by country and order value.

Order Changes
If you need to update your shipping address before your order ships, email support@aluvanori.com as soon as possible with your order number. We cannot guarantee address changes after fulfillment has begun.

Delivery
Our shipping obligation is fulfilled when your package is delivered to the shipping address you provided at checkout.
