14-Day Face Tracker
One photo each morning. In two weeks you'll see what the mirror can't tell you day to day.
Start tomorrow morning
Take your first photo right after you wake up, before you eat or drink anything. That's Day 1. Everything after is measured against it.
Day 1
Morning photo, same spot, same light.
Does this line up?
Your Day 1 photo is faded on top. Match the angle as closely as you can.
Your fourteen days
0 of 14Day 1 vs today
Same face, two weeks apart. Drag to compare against any day you've logged.
How to take a photo that's actually worth comparing
- Same time every day. First thing in the morning, before food or water. Fluid shifts through the day, so the time matters more than anything else here.
- Same spot, same light. Face a window. Never overhead bathroom lighting, it carves shadows under your eyes and makes any two photos look different.
- Neutral face. No smile, chin level, looking straight at the lens. A smile changes your jawline more than two weeks will.
- No filters, no beauty mode. Check your camera settings. Most phones smooth skin by default and it quietly ruins the comparison.
- Arm's length, front camera. Close up distorts. Hold it out and keep the distance the same each time.
Put it on your home screen
Your photos are kept on this phone, not on our servers. Installing the tracker gives it its own icon, opens it full screen, and keeps those fourteen days far safer than a browser tab.
- Tap at the bottom of Safari
- Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen
- Open the tracker from that icon from now on
How your photos are kept private
They never leave this device. A photo you take here is written straight into this browser's storage on your phone. It is not uploaded, not sent to Alu Vanori, and not held on any server. There is no account behind this and no database with your face in it.
Nobody else can see them, and that includes us. Two people opening this page are not looking into a shared space. Each phone keeps its own photos and only its own. We have no way to retrieve, view or recover what is on yours, because there is nowhere for us to look.
Nothing is shared unless you decide to share it. Your before and after is assembled on your phone. It reaches anyone else only if you save it and post it yourself.
You can erase it all, instantly. "Delete my photos and start over" removes every photo from this browser for good. Clearing your browser data does the same thing.
The honest trade. Because none of this sits on a server, losing or wiping this phone loses the photos with it. That is the cost of keeping them truly private. Back them up with the button below and you can restore them on any phone, any time.
